Painted Canvas: December 2011.

Isvera is a new and upcoming ski/snowboarding gear company run by my brothers friends out in Colorado. I thought it'd be fun to paint a canvas for my brothers apartment, representing their bold aesthetic. He sent the picture to the company and maybe will collaborate with a canvas collection!

Our design class took a road trip to NYC to buy fabric and visit some amazing museums! Thank goodness I brought the sketchbook along to capture all my ideas I had while I was there!

I always have to stop at Mood Fabrics while I am here too!

Summer 2011 Visual Project for the GAP at Tysons Corner, Virginia

Don Fisher founded GAP in 1969. The store decided to incorporate the 1969 logo into their current collections. Tysons Corner GAP asked me to create a wall inspired by the stores aesthetic, and that reflected Don Fisher's success with the Company.

Step one: Creating the 1969 cut outs and a timeline collage.

Step two: Painting the wall and mounting the collage pieces.

Sketchbook Ideas for Summer 2011

I was watching a Tim Burton film one night when I decided to sketch very abstract with an eerie feel to the designs...babydoll silhouettes don't always have to be chi chi!

Studio in D.C.

I like to think of D.C. as my second home. My work area always has collages of magazine images for inspiration. I also love combining my passion for art with fashion by creating most of the prints on my bags, therefore paint is always out and ready to go!
